If you are planning to attend YONI FEST—the world’s largest international festival for women—with a child, please note the following terms:

• Children aged 10 and under attend free of charge
• Children aged 11–16 receive a 50% discount
• Guests aged 17 pay the full ticket price
• Boys over the age of 7 are not permitted to attend the festival

If you have the option of leaving your child with family or friends and dedicating this time to yourself, that can also be a wonderful choice.

Ladies, you must present your passport when checking into your accommodation. Check-in is not possible without a passport. A birth certificate must be presented for children under the age of 14.
The festival will take place in the Maloyaroslavets District of the Kaluga Region.

🤍 What Additional Expenses Should I Consider?
Food, private sessions with practitioners, market purchases and personal expenses.
🤍 How Will Meals Be Organised?

A food court offering a variety of cuisines will operate throughout the festival.
🤍 What About Drinking Water?

We recommend bringing drinking water with you. Water will also be available for purchase at the food court.

Campfires may only be lit in the designated area. Lighting fires anywhere else on the festival grounds is strictly prohibited.

🤍 Animals at the Festival
Can I bring my pet?
If you have the option of leaving your pet at home, we recommend doing so.
We love our four-legged friends, but having many animals at the festival can cause considerable inconvenience. If you still decide to bring your pet, please keep it on a lead and muzzled at all times. You must also be prepared to leave a refundable deposit at reception.

And, of course, please clean up after your pet.

YONI FEST is a private space created to provide a safe, respectful and supportive environment for women.

We welcome coverage of the event by media outlets and bloggers. However, all professional filming, photography and media activities require prior accreditation approved by the Organiser.

Attendance at the festival requires respect for our participants, their personal space, the festival team and the overall atmosphere. We ask all media representatives to refrain from misrepresenting information, creating provocative content or distributing false or misleading claims.

If these principles are violated, the Organiser reserves the right to restrict participation in the event and to protect the festival’s business reputation through appropriate legal measures.
