Refund policy

We value the trust of our guests and have created the most transparent conditions for participating in Yoni Fest.

Please review our refund policy in accordance with Article 32 of the Law of the Russian Federation “On Consumer Protection” and Article 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1. Refunds are possible in the following cases:

— If the event is canceled or rescheduled:
100% of the ticket price will be refunded.

— At the participant’s initiative:
• If you cancel no later than 10 calendar days before the event, you will receive a 100% refund minus actual expenses, which amount to 26% of the ticket price (20% service fee / 6% tax).
• If you cancel 5 to 9 calendar days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund minus actual expenses, which amount to 26% of the ticket price (20% service fee / 6% tax).
• Less than 5 days before the event — no refund is provided.

Please note: Tickets purchased through promotions, with discounts, or as part of limited offers are non-refundable.

How to request a refund:
Send an email to trimurti.kaluga@yandex.ru with the following information:
— Full name of the participant
— Order number and date
— Reason for the refund
— Payment details for the refund

Refund time:
The refund will be processed within 10 business days after confirmation and issued via the original payment method.
